This has been our second year using falcon excursions and we couldn’t be happier with them all! Anne and Samantha in the office are fantastic ladies! Nothing is too small for them, ask them any questions they will help with anything. They will explain the day and trips down to the minute, they can accommodate for any accessibility needs that you have! We booked White Island for the second time after our first trip last year was incredible we did it again. We had the same tour guide again which was Mando, he goes above and beyond for the guests. He checks the boat is up to standard, the food is of great quality and makes everyone feel safe and welcome when on board the boat. He welcomes everyone on the bus there and does several checks to make sure everyone is accounted for when transferring from boat to bus. The snorkelling instructors are kind and attentive and make sure everyone is comfortable, nothing is too much for them. Last year I fell from the boat steps and they rushed to me, helped me and supported me with my injured foot. They were gentlemen. We then used falcon to go to sharm old town. We booked just a taxi rather then a tour and we had salah for our driver. Weve never felt so safe then with him! He was very chatty with us in the car, gave us tips on where to go and what to do to get the best price for things. We asked about the mosque and he helped us know what we needed to do to cover ourselves to be respectful. Overall our experience with falcon is nothing but the best! We are very very happy with our experience and will 100% be back when we return to sharm. If your worried about leaving the hotel, don’t be. We had a perfect experience !! The weather was amazing, and everything was so well organized. During the safari we got to enjoy the beautiful sunset it was magical. On the White Island trip we made three stops: two for snorkeling and diving and one on the island itself. Ibrahim was so kind and caring and attentive to every detail. The Egyptian people are incredibly gentle and welcoming. Truly an unforgettable experience!
What an awesome amazing day out with Falcon Adventure Excursions. The whole team was great from booking to pick up at the hotel and the comfort of the boat Harmony, snorkeling the reefs the safety of everyone on board. The free drinks lunch was also a great bonus and really appreciated, the visit to Orange Island itself and then the watersports on the return trip. What a great day out and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a really fun, well priced trustworthy company to use in Hurghada. Thanks again to all staff involved.

Booked both a private 2 hour boat trip and quad biking back in the UK. Communication was great. When we arrived in sharm, great communication explaining in a text the night before about our pick up and how to pay which was so simple. Fantastic trips which we both loved and Charlie our boat guide, made my nervous wife feel totally at ease in the water, just back from quad bike and we are buzzing.
